Last Saturday evening, we hit downtown Zionsville or "Z-Ville" as we Hoosiers like to call it. Zionsville is one of the best little cities up on the North side of Indy to reside in. They have a great little town that is full of character and life. There are several adorable little boutique stores, kids toy stores, great restaurants, and beautiful homes. I love the whole town. It's a great little Midwestern town with brick paver streets and friendly people. For those who know Z-ville well, you know exactly what I mean. For those who are not familiar with Z-ville, it is worth your drive and your day spent there. I promise! I took all of these shots on a gloomy day when we had an open window where it had quit raining for a few hours. Amazingly enough! Either way, there were so many things I wanted to capture. It is a town with the heart of America sketched all throughout it. It is the nostalgia of these small towns that I would miss if I ever decided to leave Indiana.
We are a few days away from the month of October. In Indiana...that means that the leaves are beginning to change color and fall is all around us. Again, if I ever moved out of state, the Fall months would be the only season I'd miss when it came to leaving Indiana. The crunching of the leaves, the crisp cool air, and the color casts amongst the landscapes are nothing short of spectacular this time of the year. For example, it was still 92 degrees in Naples, Florida today. In Indy...the high was 60 today. That is a 32 degree temperature difference for those of you who aren't mathematicians - such as myself. :)
I will interject here and say that Naples has some great brick paver streets on downtown 5th avenue. Ha ha!
I have a love affair with path ways. I only discovered this when I got back into photography. When I see paths, I love their angles, their beginning and their end. I immediately think to myself..."Wow...if only this path could talk." Every square inch of our grounds here on earth lead to somewhere or something. With every step we take during life, God is leading us on a path to a specific experience, a hand written journey that he laid out for us thousands of years ago. When I see a new path, I am insanely aware that someones footsteps were here - many footsteps maybe - and that those footsteps helped build the character of whomever walked them. The good, the bad, the ugly...all of it was strewn along their path. All of it made them who they are and who they are not today.
Sometimes those path ways were dark, depressing, and demeaning. In the end though, God always provides light at the end of those tunnels, those trenches, those pathways.
I have had a lot of people ask me in recent weeks if I ever get mad at God or ask him "Why?" The answer to that question is a firm NO! It's quite the opposite actually. I spend my days - whether good or bad - thanking God for the blessings he has bestowed upon my life. And when I say blessings, that includes the ugly parts to my life too. The moments when I've been hurt or betrayed, the moments when I give birth to a special needs daughter, the moments like when I learned of my hole in my heart, and so forth. It is for those events that I am most thankful. Because without them, without those life altering monumental moments, I would not be who I am today. I wouldn't be as strong as I am today. And I sure the heck wouldn't appreciate everything that I do today. It is for those ugly moments in my life that I thank God the most for. I give him the glory and remind myself that all things happen for a reason and that God never promised Christians that life would be perfect. His promise only stated that he would "be there" as we endured the pain, the betrayals, and the torment. I know I've said this before here on the blog but it is during those trials for me that I often find myself praying for those who do not have a relationship with Christ. It's in those moments that I often wonder how others get thru life without a personal relationship with our Lord and Savior.
I realize that many of you who read my blog might not be Christ followers. It is because of each of you, that I choose to share my love for God as openly as I do here. I pray that God uses my openness to plant seeds whenever possible. With that said, I also know that there are plenty of Christ followers who do read my blog. And in between each of you, there are hundreds more who are yearning for information, support, or encouragement when attempting to form a relationship with Christ. Some of you are on the fence, confused, and overwhelmed with what it all means. I pray that by sharing my trials and tribulations, my hurts and my pains - publicly on the blog as I have in the past - that it will not go unused in vain. I pray that God uses those writings, those down moments, and those struggles of mine...to prove that life is like fence rows. Many days are stagnant...all on one plane. Many days carry on just fine with all of our ducks in a row...
Then there are those days that God warns us about though. Those days that are like roller coasters - with tons of ups and downs, dips, and even plateaus...
It is during those days that we need God the most. I know I do anyway. It's in my "blah" moments that I find myself praying to God to help carry me through. I ask for signs - although most times I never get them. And if I do get them, they are most times never the sign I was hoping for or rooting for. When life gets us down, God is there to pull us up. As cliche' or corny as it sounds, it is the truth. Again, I never get mad at God. It is thru him that all things were made possible. The good, the bad, and the ugly. And quite frankly, when I hit a rut, it is most often when God is trying to get my attention about something. I like to commonly refer to it as the baseball bat to the knees theory. Many times God is there attempting to tap on our shoulder and get our attention. However, we usually aren't listening. He tries to get our attention thru many avenues before he finally whips out the baseball bat and swings it across our knees - producing so much pain that you can't help but buckle to your knees and reach for him. It is through that reaching that we begin listening to what he has to say. Admit it...we've all been there. Stubborn, doing life our way instead of his way, ignoring his calls, etc. I know I've been there a thousand times in my 34 years of life. God gives us many options in life. Which checkered path are you choosing?
Is it a path glorifying God or are you still living for yourself?
If your path could talk, what would it reveal about you? Do you sometimes feel like life is flying ticking by but yet something is still missing within you?
If so, I can almost guarantee you what is missing.
You see, even though with God, there will still be days like fence posts - with many ups and downs & many twists and turns...those days will be far more colorful and much more comforting with God by your side. He will keep those promises to help carry you through the trenches. I'm living proof. He will open doors for you that you never knew possible...all leading toward new paths. New wonders. Or maybe...just maybe...he'll keep you on the exact same paths - just with new eyes and ears - with new senses to reveal new opportunities. All new plans.
As I sit in amazement of God's grace today and his ability to soften my heart during a very dark time, I realize once again how blessed I am by his promises. His ingenious acts of leading me toward forgiveness at a time in my life where I never thought forgiveness could be possible just astounds me. It's a work in progress - a daily & very hard job - but I know it is possible with God leading me thru the valley. I have no idea what my future holds. I do know that I'm ready to rock it out though - ready to take on whatever God has in store for me and ready to learn whatever it may be that he is still trying to teach me. I did put in one small request to him though. I simply prayed that as I'm rocking out life's lessons and awaiting his teachings, that he simply allow me to rock it out and wait it out by the sea - preferably. Wink wink! ;)
Just because I think this is nothing else but frappin' halarious...and because I love George Bush!!! Thought my republican friends might get a kick out of this too. I know that my friends on facebook sure have. Figured you non crackbooker's facebooker's might enjoy it as well. Also, I need to thank my sweet friend Michelle for posting this on her FB page today. It made me smile! Thanks girl!
Meet Karen. Yes, that Karen. All of you have heard so much about or from Karen in the past but I've never had a photo of Karen here on my blog before. Karen started out -like two years ago - being hired as a sewing employee of mine. In the past, my sewing employee had been responsible for handling all of the overflow within my work whenever I was bogged down and too swamped to get to another order. By the time I hired Karen though, I had come to the conclusion that I didn't enjoy sewing as much as I did the designing part. Therefore, Karen immediately began handling the majority of the "sewing jobs" while I focused on designing the clothing and jewelry. Now my jewelry I still make on my own. It is something I truly enjoy constructing from start to finish so every AGD jewelry piece that leaves the studio was made solely by me. However, if you order a custom boutique clothing design, Karen is most likely the one constructing it for you. Once finished, I check it over (not that I really need to because she does such a FAB job) and then I ohhh and awww at her quality...get it packaged up and shipped off to you - my lovely clients. Some of you still get pieces made by me. For example, orders that have come in over the past month or two were handled by me while Karen has been in the process of a move. She and her husband just built a beautiful new home and they are still unpacking after having been in limbo for the past couple of months. Soon Karen will be back on the production line & we'll be cranking out the winter collection (if I could ever get the rest of the fall collection photographed).
Anyway, Karen is my gift, my blessing from God, and one who instantly went from being titled as "my sewing employee" to being titled as "a dear friend." I love Karen! She makes me laugh. She has great a great cell phone ringer - no I mean a really great one! She invites me to auctions with her and her bestie. She always brings me the best girlie gifts - like the pink sign for my studio last week that read "Well behaved women rarely make history." (one of my favorite slogans) She taught me one of my favorite spellings of one of my favorite words..."GUR-FREN!" (you'd have to hear how it sounds when recited in person. Too fun!) And...she introduces me to restaurants such as "The Original Pancake house" here on the North side of Indy. You must go to their website I have linked here and read about their food. And if you reside in Indy and have never been there, you MUST go! This image below is of Karen's breakfast last Friday morning. She and I met there for brunch and had "Jose" as our waiter. Jose was a hoot and we loved him! Karen ordered the "dutch baby" off their menu. I tasted it and let me tell you...for all of you carb lovers out there like muah...get this...get this...get this! I could have sat and ate that entire thing of dough baked to perfection like it was candy. YUM! They actually bring you the powder sugar, lemon, etc. to make your own glaze for it. Amazing! I still can't believe it is real. Ha ha!
What did I eat you ask? Well I always order omelette's when I go somewhere for breakfast. But like potato chips without chocolate...I must have a slice of french toast after my omelette because I crave the sweet after the salty. I know...I'm totally messed up and very weird. Anyway...I had their omelette which is more like eating a small child. The omelette's there are massive. See photo below. The omelette is the big, brown, orange, cheesy looking thing on the far left of the image. Yeap...that is a(n) small child omelette! Notice they never let me order just ONE slice of french toast as a side either. Everywhere I go, they make me order a full order of french toast which I don't understand. I end up wasting the other two slices as well as half my omelette. I then walk away feeling like I thru out enough food to feed a third world country. It's ridiculous! In the end though, my belly loves me for it. My rear end and my thighs do not!
Oh and whose regular pancakes are those in that photo you ask? Yeap...mine too! Jose brought me out a full order of french toast which apparently included a full order of pancakes as well. Imagine my surprise and the guilt process I went thru as I just stared at all of this food. Ridiculous I say...ridiculous! The best part to the whole breakfast though was my down time with Karen. No work talk - no AGD assignments or supplies - just Angie and Karen. We got to just enjoy the girlie gab and have fun laughing with Jose, our waiter. By the time we were done, Jose had talked to us all about "project runway" as well as how his pug (dog) gets out and runs the neighborhood like a wild man. He went into detail about how he has to sneak up on him, bend down a certain way, and SCOOP him up before the dog runs off again. Jose was nothing short of hysterical! This all came on the tail end of a mail man calling Karen's cell phone about her dogs being loose as well as the end of our conversation about how Jessica Simpson's dog just recently got snatched up by a coyote right in front of her. Needless to say, we had a fun morning. A great 2 hours just chumming around and giggling like women should when with their girlfriends. I think Jose was tired of us taking up his table potential as we sat and gabbed about life. We eventually got out of there, stepped back into the Indiana rain, and headed home after a brunch full of good laughs.
Thank you Karen. Thank you for being who you are to me. As I told you last week, I truly appreciate your transparency and your friendship as a whole. You mean the world to me. Not only do you have some mad skillz when it comes to sewing and baking an "apple pie," but you have a huge heart and it shows in everything you do and say. Thank you for always being there for me. Can't wait for next months outing. Oh...don't be alarmed if you get recognized in public now. It is a little freaky at first but it's all good. Hee hee! Love you gur-fren! Hugs, Angie
PS...I must admitt that I used my Canon point and shoot for these images above. Big Papa was at home and I totally feel guilty for not taking him out on this rainy morning. However, I prefered to take his crazy cousin, the canon point and shoot, instead. It's easier to carry thru the rain. Wink wink! ;)
This weeks theme for the FOTO FIND FRIDAY is "camera pictures." I have so many pictures on my iphone that I've taken over a vacation, day to day life, etc. when I didn't have Big Papa (my regular DSLR camera) around. Well thanks to the app store for iphones, I now have a really cool app called "shake it photo" that acts or replicates old Polaroid cameras. You snap your shot, it makes a noise like a polaroid picture developing, then you shake your phone like you would a polaroid as it is drying. Within seconds, you have a really rockin' image that has an old age look to it - like the polaroid ages anyhow. I love the app. It's fun! Anything to do with photography is fun to me though so I might be a little biased. With that said, these are my submissions for this week's theme. I am sharing some images that a few of you might have seen already if you are one of my facebook friends. These were all pictures that were taken with my iphone. Then, I used the "shake it photo" app on them for added character.
These are palm trees at the clubhouse pool within our neighborhood there in Bonita Springs, Florida. I took the above shot while lounging there one day back this summer. I remember loving the blue skies and the clouds on that particular day.
The above picture is a shot of Kenidi in the back seat of my car - waving - one day. We were at a stop light and she was waving to those next to us. (a usual social activity for her) I decided to snap a shot of the moment with my phone. The "shake it photo" app gives it that polaroid feel with the lighting and all. Love it!
The above image was taken on Bonita Beach one night back in August. It was one of our last and final nights there for the summer I believe.
This palm tree shot above is one of my favorite camera pictures evah! It is actually my wall paper on my phone right now. Brennen and I were coming out of a store one evening over the summer and this was the view when we reached the parking lot. I remember saying to him at that moment that we "just don't have sunsets like this in Indiana." And we don't.
When we left for summer vacation back in May, we landed at the Ft. Myers airport. This particular shot above was of Kenidi the day we arrived. We were waiting for our taxi driver to pull around and take us to the house. She decided to whip our her funyons and begin feeding the birds. I snapped this moment with my camera phone because it was too cute to pass up. When all 500,000 Florida birds/pigeons showed up at her feet wanting her funyons, it was no longer a cute moment. It was quite scary in fact. Ha ha!
This was a shot I took from the backseat car window one night in Bonita Springs. My Dad was riding shot gun with Brent up front and my step-Mom and the kids as well as myself were in the back. It had been raining that evening but stopped after a short downpour. Following normal Florida protocol of course. These sun rays were peering out from a cloud as we came down the street and I decided to capture the moment with my phone. Beautiful!God is amazing!
The above photo were some onlookers there for the show on Bonita Beach one evening. This is the private beach access for our neighborhood there in Bonita. You must live in the neighborhood in order to have access to this area of the seaside. We love it there and go almost every night when in town. The sunsets in Southwest Florida are beautimous. Just beautimous. On this particular night, I captured a row of family members and friends there to take in the stunning beauty as well.
And I believe all of you have seen this last shot shown above. Although it is horrible quality because it was taken with my iphone...I still love it. It was a moment caught on the beach between Brennen and Kenidi over the summer. Very candid but very dear to my heart. This is Brennen at his true form. There is no denying that he loves his sister and protects her with every fiber of his being. Just his body language here shows that he is watching out for her, making sure she isn't about to trip and fall. I love the way that he loves her! And I love the way that she loves him.
As you can imagine, after viewing all of these pictures, I'm dying to get back to the house in Bonita. We leave approximately 3 weeks from now for Fall break. The 21st of October cannot come soon enough. Although it will be just that...fall break...a short stint for the kids away from school...it will be just enough time to rejuvenate the skip in my step. I'm looking forward to sharing more images with all of you from our stay.
If you'd like to participate in the foto find Friday "camera pictures" theme this week, please blog a post on your own blog that has pictures pertaining to images that came from your camera phone. It doesn't have to be an iphone - any camera phone will do. Just blog your favorite camera phone images and share them with all of us. Also, please make sure that you mention and link back to this AGD blog when you place the post on your own blog. We need you to make sure your link takes us directly to that specific post on camera pictures (and not your blog home page). Also, please make sure that your post includes the info that links back to AGD. If those two things are not there, your link will unfortunately be deleted and you'll have to re-post it the requested way. We are looking forward to seeing your submissions. Have fun with it! ☮&♥, Angie
I just wanted to jump on here and let you guys know that if you have been putting off a family photography session, now is your time to book something. I am loving meeting all of my blog readers in person - face to face - via the photography sessions you guys are booking with me. I'm looking forward to meeting even more of you in the near future. :)
Much love, Angie
It's hysterical to me how Kenidi's hair is always a hot mess in each of her images. It's always going every which way and in 90 different directions -mainly across her face. I guess that is "Kenidi" for ya'! :)
It has been so rainy and gloomy here in Indy recently. It's been so frustrating because I still have new AGD designs that need photographed on Kenidi but at this rate, it will be winter before I get outdoors. Either way, today...when the rain broke for just a skinny minute, I took my camera and went outside - just perusing the yard - looking for anything to photograph. Anything! I took my 105mm macro lens out with me this time and had fun trying to shoot something with what felt like 95 mile an hour winds. Yeah, I'm sure my neighbors thought I was a freak if they were watching my attempts at getting weeds and flowers to stand completely still. HA! :)
This holly bush above will soon be covered with snow. Such a scary thought. The cold and frigid winter season is right around the corner. Maybe the good Lord above will have found us a nice and permanent spot at the beach by then. Wink wink! ;)
I am not a plant or flower person so I have no idea what the names of all these little flowers and such are that live around the exterior of our home. I am so far from a green thumb person that it is ridiculous. I kill any living plant or flower so I've since given up all hopes of ever being a "green thumb" kind of woman. However, I do love the looks of these little flowers in front of a macro lens. Gorgeous!
And with some decent lighting, even plain ol' green leaves/stems look good in front of a macro.
And speaking of not knowing what any of these plants and flowers are, I'm really stumped on what is inside these bad boys below. They were black and shiny. Very strange looking things. I'm wondering if they are bugs of some sort that make their home within these nut like - dead flowers. Just call me "clueless."
The two leaves above were so tiny - growing right out of the side of a tree in the yard. Evidence that fall is coming. The leaves are beginning to change colors already. One leaf is still green and the other is a bright yellow. I'll give Indiana credit where credit is due...the Fall season in the Midwest is nothing short of spectacular. If you've never been here when the leaves begin to change, you are missing out on one of those moments when God really shows off. The Fall season in Indy is a beautiful thing!
I added a little bit of an action over this image of the pink flower above. I love the coloring and what the action did for the overall image. Again, clueless on what type of flowers these are. They look tropical to me - like they don't belong in "Hoosier land." Maybe I just have the beach on my brain. What's new, eh?
And lastly, this teeny-tiny little guy was just 'chillaxin' on top of one of the little flowers. He was so little - much smaller in real life then he is here. Just another reason why I love the macro lens. You can see anything with that glass - even teeny tiny little bugs that are normally microscopic to the eye. Just about the time I found this little dude, Kenidi & Brennen were getting off their buses so I had to get up off the ground and out of the mulch - ending my random shooting for the afternoon. Not only that but it began pouring down raining at that point in the afternoon too. It eventually let up again tonight and allowed us to make a family trip down to the Indianapolis Museum of Art grounds. I wanted to venture down there and scout out some spots before a shoot that I have there this coming Monday. Thankfully the rain stopped completely while we were there and I was able to soak in the grounds and find some FAB spots for the shoot. It's a beautiful place. For now, I'm off to go finish watching "Dancing with the stars." Maybe, just maybe...the rain will stop tomorrow and I can get some shoots caught up for the new AGD designs. Wishful thinking...I know. :)
Just because she loves showing us her new teeth that are coming in. Just because I love her eyes in every photograph she takes. They are the true window to ones soul - hers is no different. Just because we love her and the smiles she brings to our faces each day...
Hello everyone. Yes, I am still alive. I'm so very sorry for the delay in posting this week. My family and I just got back into town last night after having been in Atlanta, Georgia for the past week. Well, actually we were in Braselton, GA which is about 40 minutes outside of Atlanta. I didn't mention my leaving ahead of time just for security reasons for my family. I apologize. I have gotten too numerous to count emails from those of you worried about my family & I while I was away. I never meant to make anyone worry. Thank you for your sincere concern though. It means the world to me. I did try to blog at one point - just a general blog - but the internet access was so bad there due to the remote area we were in that I just couldn't get decent service. I was actually in Georgia for the photography workshop called LEARNFEST. I've been looking forward to the LEARNFEST event for months. It was a huge deal for me and I couldn't be more pleased with all of the info I walked away with. I got the opportunity to spend 4 days with 4 of the most ROCKSTAR photographers in the industry. I'm still reeling from the excitement. I had breakfast and lunch most mornings and afternoons while rubbing elbows, side by side, with photographers (these 4 women), who are celebrities to me in the photography realm. I follow their work and admire everything about each of them and their successes. I respect every word they say because they've been doing this for 6-8 years now and have reached a level of success with photography that most of us can only dream of. I'll have more on each of the ladies come Monday when I post my actual Learnfest update here on the blog. However, these are photographers who shoot for President Obama on the campaign trail, who shoot Maya Angelou and Mrs. Obama, who shoot for pottery barn kids, Vogue, O Magazine, Martha Stewart Living, People magazine, Toys R' Us, the Disney Store. They also shoot and are sought after/in high demand for celebrity families such as Tiger Woods and his family. To say that myself and my fellow classmates were star struck would be an understatement. I even watched one gal ask one of the photographers for her autograph. Yes, that is how big of a deal this event was. Not only was the event exciting as all get out, but we also stayed at a fabulous chateau/winery in Georgia called the Chateau Elan. There are no words for how amazing this place was. It was in a remote area of town - out in the middle of no where really. Very gorgeous.
In fact, our rooms were so gorgeous that I almost stole - yes...stole...the bed out of our room. I loved it. It was incredible. I could have made good use of it in my own home back here in Indy. Ha ha! It was a very art deco style bed done up in a stunning blue leather. Beautimous! Just beautimous! So were the window treatments...
Overall, I spent the week with 59 other budding photographers who were just as impressed and overcome with excitement as I was when it came to the leaders of the workshop, their talents, and the local of where this event was held. I personally got to "hang" with 18 other women who were in my group for the duration of the week. They broke the total group of 60 photographers down into four smaller groups. Of course the RED group was the best group of them all. Yes, the RED group ROCKS! Just ask anyone who was in that group with me. Even the four instructors commented on how the RED group was the best group of the four. No joke! We loved every minute of it too. We knew our group was FAB but it was great to hear our celebrity photography instructors confirm that as well. Hee hee! :)
I learned so much from these women that I can barely contain my excitement. Although I've been to shooting workshops, this workshop was more business related. We did have model shoots but I mainly sat back and watched during those times. I watched the instructors work their magic on children they had never met and then soaked it all up. I truly believe that photography is 20% photography, and then 40% your personality and how you interact with your clients and then the last 40% is all business. I've heard over and over again from instructors how photography is so business driven and that those who make it in this field - make it because they are just as business driven as they are creative. All 4 of these photographers echoed the same sentiments. They told us for every 10 photographers that start out in this field, only 1 will make it successfully. They said there are tons of photographers saturating the market today but that only 1 out of 10 are making any money at this business - any money worth recognizing anyhow. I wrote down every word and tip that they uttered from their mouths. I began changing things on my website before I ever even left the conference. I then came home and got ahold of my graphics gal (web designer) and had her go to work on new marketing literature that I plan to saturate my town/city with immediately. Things are heading to the printer as we speak and I plan to tackle this passion of mine with a vengeance. I'm so psyched and so ready to follow my dream. One of our celebrity rock star photographers at the conference passed on a quote to us that read..."It's never too late to become who you might have been!" (~George Elliot) I loved that. You all know how much I love quotes anyway...let alone when they read like that one does. So...I'm moving mach 25 with my hair on fire right now - throwing myself completely into my photography business. I have so much to tell all of you, so many exciting new things, new plans, new changes for the better. However...all of that will be shared in due time.
In the meantime, I'm thanking my lucky stars that I had the opportunity to attend the very last learnfest they will ever offer. I'm thanking God for 64 new photography friends that I didn't have before last week. I'm thanking him for the new challenges, the excitement, the motivation, the goals, the dreams, and so forth. Also, I'm thanking him for my wonderful Mom who came to learnfest with us so that she could help out with Kenidi. Thank you Mom - even though you scared the bellman to death with your joking. Ha ha! I love you!
I'll post a few photos on Monday surrounding learnfest as well as some shots of those rock star photographers I mentioned. I can't wait to share them with you. The four of them are a force to be reckoned with. They are truly beautiful - inside and out - with incredible talents. Thank you Audrey, Tamara, Lena, and Laura. We all truly appreciate the time and energy you put into Learnfest and the true desire you have for all of us to succeed. We loved every second with you. Thanks for the knowledge as well as the laughs! Thanks for those awesome swag bags too. We loved every bit of the photography items/goodies that they were stuffed with. xoxo, Angie
Last Saturday, after church, we took off for bleu cheese and bacon cheeseburgers at Culver's. Following the stuffing of our faces, we headed to a small town near us and donned our cameras. I have a special someone who has taken up a real interest in photography. That someone wanted me to teach them how to shoot - how to work the camera - etc. So...we took to the streets of this little town and shot for the evening. They were having a small street festival so it made for a great evening.
There was no purpose to our shoot - other than to just shoot. Because of that, I shot things that stood out to me. Random things. Things I enjoyed the look of.
I loved this clock (above)...just loved it...
Loved nothing but the word "SEW" spray painted on this door. I guess the word just holds a close place in my heart due to my designing. I later realized, as I walked the allies of this small town, that this word obviously reflected a gang. Gang verbage. Very sad!
The above shot of the bikes above is probably my favorite one of the night. Loved the bikes, loved the distressed alley, just loved the moment.
They had the coolest bricked streets. Very unique.
The above sign reflects old memories. This old pub is still alive and kickin'. We frequented this "unique" local back in the day. They have the best fried dill pickle appetizers. YUM! A must try if you ever get there.
