Nickelback ROCKS it again. Their music always takes me to a place that I wasn't moments before I cranked up one of their tunes. LOVE them! They have a way of propelling you into logical yet emotional thinking. Their words reach you and reach you deep. This song above (playing on your computer via my playlist right now) is one of my fav's as well as their new one called "Got to be somebody." (2nd song you will hear on my playlist below) I'm off to go turn up the volume with them in my car. I'm running to the mall, to the fabric store to buy all new patterns (more on this later), and to shoot anything I can shoot along the way. I've been cooped up in this house for 4 days now. Today was yet another two hour delay for the kids but they're now back at school. I'm headed out to get a breath of fresh air in the 4 hours I've got to myself. The sun is shining, Nickelback is rockin' it out, I'm feeling creative and ready to dive into something that I have on my mind heavily today. Life is good. I'm off to take advantage of it.
PS...Another great new song to rock out to right now is Kelly Clarkson's new one..."My life would suck without you." (my 3rd song I have on my playlist below) The kids and I were jammin' out to this one last night too. You can listen to the song and view the new video

You ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those words are what I needed to hear today. I tell you I always have good intentions but somehow the end of the day is here and Ive not accomplished a darn thing and today I have sewn thus far 1/2 dress and finished up another outfit for my daughter. Before the end of the day Im hoping to have finished the outfit and 2 dresses of which were all accomplished today. I just need to get off my fanny and get busy and quit procrastinating...........

Love that song. Ever since I had little girl, I see everything differently now. That little red head angel has taught me how to see things now. As deathly sick as she has been many many times in her short short life, would you believe that she still finds the energy, power watever to smile at me. I don't like to think of today maybe being her last day but it is always in the WAY WAY far back portion of my head. It's almost as though she agrees with you when you said that life was good and to take advantage of it. Thank you once again for posting a post that I really needed to hear at the exact moment that I needed to hear it. You are totally awesome. Oh and good luck on your big change with your clothing line.
