MY AMERICAN IDOL FAVS
Beings that we are dwendling to the top 10 this week, I thought I'd share my two American Idol favorites with you. Both contestants have that rough, raspy, rock voice that I just L-O-V-E~! Amanda, the girl I'm hoping will win, is a mixture between Elvis Presley and Janis Joplin. Another good thing about her is that she is from & lives here....in my good ol' state of Indiana. The guy that I'm routing for, David cook, could have a record out today and I'd buy it right up off the shelf just because I love the sound of his voice so much. I've attached two video's, one of each of the contestants singing, so that you can see for yourself if you aren't following "American Idol" on TV this year. Here is David Cook....(please wait for the interview with him talking to end before he begins to sing).

It's worth the wait) I could've done without her sticking out her tongue like the front of a KISS album or something at the end of her singing though. Other than that moment, I think she R-O-C-K-S!
You can watch the both of them tonight on American Idol. They'll be eliminating another contestant this evening and I'm praying it isn't either of my two fav's. Have a spectacular Tuesday! Blessings, Angie

Your two favorite American Idols are mine as well even though I thought Kaydie was very talented but, she for some reason didn't display all the potietial talent that she had when it came down to the actually singing in front of the judges. She is the one who did all of the impressions of people like Brittney. I loved the sound of her voice when she sang. I would buy her CD is she gets a record deal.
Amanda, just needs to do something with that WHITE streak in her hair. It drives me nuts looking at it, I just want to jump through the TV and color it "IN" for her. But, I do like her voice and her personality and the fact that she is a Harley riding nurse doesn't hurt her character either.
Well, hopefully, we can get together after you come back from Spring break....do you have room for a stow away? wouldn't you like to take a babysitter along with you on the trip huh? just kidding. Give the kiddos hugs and kisses from Aunt Sharla.
OK,I have to disagree. David Cook is by far my favorite,his smile just melts my heart right along with his voice.BUT Amanda!!! She sound like she has 100 marshmallows stuffed in her cheeks,half the time I can't understand what she is singing.And like your Aunt,I just want to jump through my TV and get rid of that skunk sleeping on her head.
COOK IS MY FAVORITE!!!!!!! He's already a star!
