I have always despised being in front of the camera. All the way back to when I was a little girl. My Mom ruined me with how many pictures she used to make me take as a young girl and then she stuck me in lots of modeling sessions where I had to be photographed as well. It was never my cup of tea. I think I leaned to hate being in front of the lens because of all that and how much I had to have my picture taken back then. My whole family gets on me CONSTANTLY because I'm never in any photos when I can keep from it. :) As a photographer, you also rarely ever want to be in front of the camera then either. It's like being a customer service rep on the phone all day and then not wanting to come home and talk on the phone more. Ya know? :)Angie Seamanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10324553577844192100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31472779.post-80175900619075808602010-10-29T16:33:04.500-04:002010-10-29T16:33:04.500-04:00Hi, Angie. I would love to see that baby bump. Anyway, just curious! I was in a panic, but the nurse noticed it and told me to put my hands on my chest. I could feel the rise and fall of my chest with each breath, I could feel that my lungs were working, and I calmed down. It was a strange feeling, but once I understood that I was ok, I got over it. Kind of like scuba-diving. Breathing underwater takes a second to get used to, but once you accept that is works, you calm down.
Just knowing that you may experience that sensation is a huge advantage. You know what you are in for.
Best of Luck, Angie.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31472779.post-83402579779021549152010-10-27T19:43:17.639-04:002010-10-27T19:43:17.639-04:00Just reading this post made the memories flow back...Just reading this post made the memories flow back. I've had 2 c-sections, both with spinals. Both times I had the sensation that I couldn't breathe. The first time, I didn't know what it was and automatically thought I was dying. I whispered "Can't breathe" to the anesthesia chick, she did something immediately and the feeling went away. The 2nd time, I told her ahead of time what had happened before and that I was scared. Sure enough, it happened again and she quickly fixed it. Never had any nausea with my first c-section, did with my 2nd, but they let me eat a cracker and that made it go away. In my opinion, the sooner you can get something in your belly, the better. People that have never had a c-section don't realize how much more there is to go through. It's a lot! You will definitely have lots of people praying for you and hopefully it will all go just perfectly!Jillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01062976503824385733noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31472779.post-75667397666236745792010-10-27T18:56:31.265-04:002010-10-27T18:56:31.265-04:00Hi Angie,

Continually praying for you, your family and your new little bundle of joy you're about to meet.

deb williamsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
