SNEAK PEEK - NEW 08' SPRING DESIGN

Just a little sneak peek at one of AGD's newest 2008 Spring designs. I had every intention of this set being listed and available for purchase by now. However, it seems as though the "strep throat" bug has decided to invade the Seaman household. I've got two sick kiddo's home again today because of it. At this point, as read somewhere else, I'm hanging a canteen of sanitizer around my neck and praying for the best. Gosh knows Mama can't go down right now. I've got a fort to hold down at the moment. Oh yeah...that is every moment. :)
Anywho, this is just ONE of the newest AGD designs. I'm so excited because we've got numerous ones to share as they are completed. Another one is just a few days behind this one. It will make a great portrait set for beach photos and such. Yes, with only 8 weeks to go until our Spring Break trip...I'm definitely thinking Spring and thinking BEACH! It's moments like today when I try to envision that ocean smell coming off the waves, the smell of tanning oil on ones skin, the feel of the sand between my toes, as well as try to gain a visual of the palm trees swaying to and fro. But then BAM! Back to reality....sick babies with horrendous coughs, runny noses, hair that looks like Medusa from being hunkered down on the couch for two straight days and so forth. That is OK...this is when Moms are the toughest, right? Where is Calgone when you need it?
So...until the new set is photographed on my gorgeous baby girl and ready to list for purchasing, just bare with me and live vicariously through the little sneak peek photo above. I promise that this "Chocolate Zebra" set is definitely worth the wait. In the meantime, can you say some prayers for my sick kiddo's? And little ol' me, maybe...just maybe? HA!

(taken just this morning...Brennen & Kenidi on the couch together. I've got them quarantined-and away from regular population. Ha ha! Just kidding!)

Blessings, Angie Seaman

Sorry to hear the kids are sick.
But I must say they look pretty happy in their pics!Hope you have a good day in spite of it all. I assume this means we won't see you at practice tonight?

Aww...thanks Tamara. Yes, I'm the only dreadful Mother taking photos while her kids are sick with strep throat! Poor things. They are probably ready to hang me. A joint effort. Just the two of them!

But your right...that means we won't be at practice tonight. See you Saturday!

Reminds me of my first reaction to any of Derek's more dramatic fiasco's when a toddler. Like the time he pulled on the philodendron vine that toppled the whole plant from the top of the dining room hutch onto the carpet spewing dirt and leaves everywhere. Once I confirmed he was still conscious but before dusting him off, I yelled "Stay right there!" while I ran for the camera. Those pics were just too precious. My family sure would have loved seeing them on a blog. Of course they are just in a box (pre-digital.)

Gosh! I remember the days of strep throat and ear infections with my girls. Especially Allison, of COURSE! I asked the doctor if we could just have the "pink medicine" put into our water supply. HA! Bailey still talks about the time she had the "really yucky" medicine that made be bribe her with miniature Butterfingers. She won't eat Butterfingers to this day!

Between your kids and my KID, we need to just "swap prayers!"

As you know, when they start getting rowdy, they are feeling better!

Best always,
Karen
